What do I receive when I purchase a product?
Each product is a digital item. The product page explains exactly what is included and lists the file formats supplied, such as Excel workbooks, PDFs or other downloadable resources. Please review those details before ordering.
How do I receive my purchase?
After your payment is successfully confirmed, downloadable products are made available through your order confirmation and, where enabled, your Averiqen account under My Account → Downloads. Some payment methods may take additional time to confirm. If your download is not available after confirmation, contact us with your order number.
Do I need to wait for a physical delivery?
No. Averiqen sells digital products. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Which software do I need?
Requirements vary by product. For example, an Excel template may require Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. Check the individual product page for its recommended software, file format and compatibility notes before purchasing.
Can I use a product on my phone?
Some files can be viewed on mobile, but spreadsheets and complex templates may work best on a computer. Please check the product description for device and software recommendations.
What if my payment was successful but I cannot download the file?
First, sign in using the email address used at checkout and open My Account → Downloads. Also check your order confirmation email and spam folder. If the file is still missing, email contact@Averiqen.com with your order number.
Can I request a refund?
Digital products can have limitations once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests are handled according to the published Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Please read that policy before ordering. If you experience a technical issue or receive an incorrect file, contact us so we can investigate.
Can I share or resell the files?
Unless the product page or a separate licence expressly permits it, purchases are for the purchaser's own use. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or share the downloadable files.
